Refund policy
Our court forms are drafted by experienced consumer attorneys to meet all court requirements. however, if your court rejects one of our documents as incorrect or improper, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchased price. To request a full refund, please email a copy of the court rejection letter for the document. Request for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the courts rejection letter document. Please email the rejection letter at admin@newhopedocuments.com
Additional services
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
Please note that any court filing services are non refundable from NewHope Documents once filing is completed. After filing is completed, court fees may be refundable from the court under some circumstances.
